Can We Too Decide For Ourselves?

If the MPs could vote and decide against reducing their salaries, should we (the civil servants), not be allowed to do the same? I think it is only fair that we too be allowed to voice our decision; and yes, make it legally binding!

I would like to ask the MP from my constituency (Medhu Henveiru) Mr Ali Azim to put forward a motion to parliament to prevent our (civil servants) salaries from being reduced without our vote!
